Where new batteries have been installed, the battery's endurance shall exceed 300 charge cycles (with a state of health of ≥80%). Tests shall be carried out according to EC EN 61960-3:2017 or an equivalent standard.
Where equipment contains used batteries, the supplier shall specify minimum levels for the used batteries' state of health in its tender (for example, state of health >80%).
